The prefabricated substation box is made of flame-retardant materials and non-explosive components, which can penetrate into the load center and is widely used in industrial and mining, enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas, hospitals, airports, schools, subways, commercial centers, urban roads and other places.
Core structure and function integration:
YB series adopts three-compartment modular design of "high pressure chamber + transformer chamber + low pressure chamber", and each functional unit is arranged independently and connected closely.
High voltage room: equipped with load switch, fuse, lightning arrester and other equipment, supporting 10kV/35kV high voltage access, with overcurrent and short circuit protection functions
Transformer room: built-in oil-immersed or dry-type transformer (capacity 50 kVA ~ 2500 kVA optional), fully sealed structure, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-aging
Low-voltage room: integrated low-voltage switch cabinet, metering meter, reactive power compensation device and intelligent monitoring module, supporting 0.4kV low-voltage distribution, electric energy metering and remote monitoring

Fast installation, time-saving and labor-saving: the whole station equipment is assembled, commissioned and protected in the factory, and only foundation construction and wiring are needed on site, which shortens the construction period by more than 80% compared with the traditional substation.
Compact, efficient and space-saving: The cabinet adopts a standardized design, covering an area of only 1/3 of the traditional substation, which is especially suitable for suburban areas, along roads or temporary power consumption scenarios where land is scarce.
Reliable protection and strong adaptability: the protection grade of the cabinet is up to IP54, with dustproof, waterproof and anti-corrosion capabilities. It can operate stably in the environment of -40 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃, and support harsh areas such as plateau and coastal areas.
Intelligent upgrade, convenient operation and maintenance: standard intelligent monitoring system, real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and other parameters, support remote meter reading, fault warning and remote opening and closing operation, greatly reduce the cost of manual inspection
